Both, by your choice. Most clients elect common-area service with optional top-of-desk wiping on a schedule you confirm. We never move personal items, open drawers, or handle documents without written authorization — a signed desk-cleaning addendum is all it takes if you want that scope included.
Our crews are trained on a strict touch-only-what-is-cleaned policy. Papers, files, laptops, and desk items are never picked up, shifted, or moved unless explicitly noted in your signed scope. For secure zones or legal/HR suites, we add additional crew NDAs and site-specific checklists on request.
